We offer a variety of catering options for wellness events and retreats, from simple breakfasts and lunches to elaborate dinners. Our meals are always homemade, from scratch, and designed to be both delicious and nutritious.

Breakfast
There is always a sweet and a savory option. It includes herbal infusions, natural sweeteners, plant-based milk & toppings.
Lunch
Consists of a main dish, a cereal/legume (or both), salad and dressing. It includes agua fresca, salsa & toppings.
Dinner
A hearty soup served alongside a vegetable dish.It includes toppings, dressing and salsa.
